Jon: Mom, you wanna know how I only missed one question on my test?
Me: Yeah, how'd you do that?
Jon: I just got everything else right but one.

Now how did I fail to grasp that?

Testing Anxiety

So we have testing anxiety at our house. Well actually not testing anxiety, more like anti-testing anxiety. The next 3 weeks Grant, Jon and Alex are taking the PSSA. The problem is that Alex's grade doesn't appear to be taking tests all day long.

He doesn't appreciate this.

You see if he doesn't take a test all day long there remains some time in the school day to assign homework...spelling homework. Grant and Jon get to take tests all day long and it's not fair! Because then they have no homework! And that's just not right.

Or at least that's what I hear.

Repeatedly.

I guess school is just not fun when there aren't enough tests, right?
