You will knock them dead lady! :) Good luck! I'll be thinking about you today!

I'd wish you luck - but the interview is over by now... I'm sure you did very well...

Good luck!!!! What is the job for???? I need more info, but I am praying for you anyway. :)

It's a tax collector company. Isn't that weird? It's like being Matthew or something. But apparently a lot of the muncipalities and school districts in PA don't want to be troubled with collecting their taxes, so they contract out that to private companies. I did specifically ask if I would ever have to deal with the taxpayers and am relieved that the answer is NO. I would only deal with the taxer.

Interesting........ When do you find out for sure?? And is this full-time, part-time??? That's great that they let you come back after you got lost the first time. They probably realized that not only are they bad at directions, but you are just too good to let get away. :)

Keep us posted!

Maybe desperate. Most likely impressed. Best job, best experience I ever had was an interview like you just described. They basically told me the job description and let me ask questions. They were desperate, I should have asked for more, and it was one of the single most positive work experiences of my life. Except, this one right now. Where I can comment on your blog while I'm working. oops, did I say that out loud?

I don't think it's too late to ask for more. Do some research, see what the going rate is, ask for an average of what they've offered and what the going rate is---I'm assuming they are cheap and haven't offered you the going rate. Because I'm a pessimist. No I'm not. That's just been my experience.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the header picture.

I didn't mean to sound like you didn't know how to figure a better pay rate. I was thinking out loud. And typing what I was thinking. I was typing out loud.

Congratulations! I hope the job turns out to be a 'keeper' for you and that they will offer a raise soon!

No Cool Story

Congrats and best of luck!!!

BTW, your feed is not showing up again =(

Way to go! When do you start? Is it full-time or part-time?
